The Sony announced the first vlog camera in the Alpha series with interchangeable lenses, the new ZV-E10. Designed from the ground up for vlogging and vloggers, the new camera combines Sony’s advanced imaging technology with enhanced usability and a customized set of features optimized for video creators.

With the ZV-E10’s Still/Movie/S&Q button, you can easily switch to S&Q mode for shooting slow-motion video at a speed x4 slower than real-time. Or, by changing the setting, it is possible to shoot in fast motion at a speed up to x60 faster. These shots can be made in Full HD, without additional processing on a PC.

Ideal for product review videos

Forget the difficulties of recording product review videos. When the product presentation setting is enabled, the camera will quickly and easily shift focus from your face to the product you are holding in front of the camera, without needing to put your hand behind the product to bring it into focus.

The image stabilization system of the ZV-E10 can capture smooth, sharp video footage, even while you are walking. Another feature, auto exposure (AE) with face priority, will automatically brighten your face. Even when you are walking, it automatically detects your face and makes adjustments to keep it brightly lit as you move from indoors to outdoors, through light or shadows.

Precision Autofocus

Without any adjustments, the ZV-E10 can automatically track your face and eyes with steady focus, without drifting to other subjects. When you want to change focus, touch the LCD screen and the camera will track the selected subject with Real-time Tracking using artificial intelligence.

In the ZV-E10, the focusing speed can be adjusted according to the atmosphere, for a more impressive appearance. The camera offers seven different speed options, from fast to more relaxed transition.
