Instructions for Use

Placement: Remove tight clothing from the arm. 
Place the cuff about 1–2 cm above the elbow, with the tube running straight down. 
Stable body position: Sit with your back straight, feet flat, and arm at heart level. 
Start measurement: Press START — the device will automatically inflate and calculate blood pressure and heart rate. 
Reading results: After measurement, the screen will display systolic/diastolic pressure values and pulse, as well as any indications of arrhythmia or high blood pressure. 
Recording: The results are stored in memory for future checks.
